Odour removal across the GTA
Air fresheners only cover a smell for a few hours. We find where the odour comes from, remove the source and treat the air, walls and belongings, so smoke, mold, pet and other odours are gone for good.

What's included
What our odour removal service includes
From finding the source to fresh air in every room — handled by one team and documented for your insurer.
Odour Source Inspection
We find where the smell comes from — soot, mold, moisture, pets or contaminated materials — because odour only goes away when the source does.
Source Removal & Cleaning
We clean or remove the materials holding the odour, from soot-covered surfaces to soaked carpet and insulation.
Air Scrubbing & Filtration
HEPA air scrubbers with carbon filters pull odour particles out of the air.
Professional Deodorizing
Treatments such as thermal fogging and hydroxyl or ozone neutralize odour in walls, ceilings and hard-to-reach places.
Duct & Ventilation Cleaning
We clean ducts and vents so the smell is not pushed back into the rooms every time the system turns on.
Contents & Textile Deodorizing
Furniture, carpets, curtains and clothing are cleaned and deodorized so they come back fresh.
Sealing & Final Air Check
Where needed, we seal surfaces with odour-blocking primer and check that every room is fresh before we leave.

For homeowners
We handle the paperwork side too
Most homeowners have never filed a claim this size. You do not have to learn how this week. We document the loss to carrier standards, talk to your adjuster directly, and bill the insurer where the policy allows it — so the conversation stays about getting your home back.
Documented at intake
Moisture readings, photo sets and a written scope from the first visit — the evidence a claim stands on.
We talk to your adjuster
You do not have to translate between us and the insurer. We answer their questions directly.
Direct insurance billing
Where your policy allows it, we bill the insurer and you pay only your deductible.
One contact, start to finish
The same project manager from the first call to the final walkthrough.
FAQ
Odour removal questions
Why doesn't the smell go away with air fresheners?
Fresheners only mask it. The odour comes from particles that have soaked into drywall, insulation, carpet and ducts, so it keeps coming back until the source is cleaned or removed.
What kinds of odours can you remove?
Smoke and fire, mold and mildew, sewage, pet urine, wildlife, decomposition and other strong odours in homes and businesses.
Is ozone treatment safe?
It is effective, but it must be done in an empty space. People, pets and plants stay out during treatment, and we air out the property before you return.
Does insurance cover odour removal?
When the odour is caused by a covered event, like a fire, flood or sewage backup, odour removal is usually part of the claim. We document the work for your adjuster.
How long does odour removal take?
Most treatments take one to three days. Strong smoke or decomposition odours may need several rounds — we give you a timeline after the first inspection.
