Mold removal & remediation across the GTA
Mold rarely stays where you can see it: it spreads behind drywall, under floors and into the air you breathe. We find the source, contain the area, remove the mold safely and fix the moisture problem so it doesn't come back.

When you need us
Common causes of mold growth
Leaks and water damage
Roof, pipe or appliance leaks that were not dried properly within 24–48 hours.
Damp basements
Foundation cracks, poor drainage and high groundwater that keep the basement wet.
Condensation and poor ventilation
Bathrooms, kitchens and attics where humid air has nowhere to go.
Hidden plumbing leaks
Slow drips inside walls and under cabinets that go unnoticed for months.
Flooding and sewer backup
Water soaks drywall, insulation and flooring, and mold can start within days.
A musty smell with no visible mold
A persistent earthy odour often means mold is growing out of sight.
What's included
What our mold removal service includes
From the first inspection to the final moisture check — handled by one team and documented for your insurer.
Mold Inspection & Moisture Mapping
We check visible and hidden areas, measure moisture and find what is feeding the mold.
Containment & Air Filtration
We seal off the affected area and run HEPA air scrubbers so spores do not spread through the home.
Removal of Affected Materials
We safely remove mold-damaged drywall, insulation, carpet and other porous materials.
Cleaning & Antimicrobial Treatment
Framing and surfaces are HEPA-vacuumed, cleaned and treated to remove mold at the root.
Drying & Moisture Control
We dry the structure and deal with the cause — a leak, poor ventilation or drainage — so mold does not return.
Final Verification
Before walls are closed up, we re-check moisture levels and the treated areas, so you know the job is done.
Repairs & Reconstruction
We replace drywall, insulation, flooring and paint. One team from first call to final walkthrough.
Found mold or noticed a musty smell?
Don't scrub or spray it yourself — disturbing mold spreads spores. Call us and we will inspect and explain every step before work begins.

For homeowners
We handle the paperwork side too
Most homeowners have never filed a claim this size. You do not have to learn how this week. We document the loss to carrier standards, talk to your adjuster directly, and bill the insurer where the policy allows it — so the conversation stays about getting your home back.
Documented at intake
Moisture readings, photo sets and a written scope from the first visit — the evidence a claim stands on.
We talk to your adjuster
You do not have to translate between us and the insurer. We answer their questions directly.
Direct insurance billing
Where your policy allows it, we bill the insurer and you pay only your deductible.
One contact, start to finish
The same project manager from the first call to the final walkthrough.
FAQ
Mold removal questions
Is mold dangerous to my health?
Mold can irritate the eyes, nose and lungs, and it is a bigger concern for children, older adults and people with asthma or allergies. The larger the growth, the more important it is to remove it properly.
Can I remove mold myself with bleach?
Bleach may lighten the surface, but it does not reach mold rooted in drywall or wood, and scrubbing releases spores into the air. Anything larger than about 1 m² (10 sq ft) is a job for professionals.
How do I know if there is hidden mold?
A musty smell, past leaks, peeling paint or stains on walls and ceilings are common signs. We use moisture meters and thermal imaging to find mold behind walls and under floors.
Does insurance cover mold removal?
It depends on the cause. Mold from a sudden covered event, like a burst pipe, is often covered; mold from long-term humidity or maintenance issues usually is not. We document the cause and the damage for your adjuster.
How long does mold removal take?
Most jobs take one to five days, depending on the size of the affected area and how much material has to come out. Repairs are planned separately — we give you a timeline after the first inspection.
